At Golden Coffee Ritual, we believe in keeping things simple and kind. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — no hassles, no complicated returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. This helps us improve quality and ensures we resolve things quickly.

Once we receive your photo, we’ll gladly:

Send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

No Need to Return

We don’t require you to ship items back. We’d rather you spend your time enjoying your coffee rituals, not standing in line at the post office.

Fairness & Grace

We aim to err on the side of grace and “make the moment right.” To keep things fair for everyone, replacements are limited to one per item, and all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Start a Request

1. Take a quick photo of the product issue.

2. Email it to us at support@goldencoffeeritual.com with your order number.

3. Let us know if you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.
